General Merchandise Returns: (🪴NOT Plants)

  • Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery

  • Customer provides return shipping

  • A 10% restocking fee applies

  • Final sale items cannot be returned

Food Items:
For safety reasons, food items are NOT returnable.

***Plants:
Each plant is one-of-a-kind. The plant you receive will be the same variety and size as pictured, but not always the exact one in the photo. Natural variations in color, size, or shape are part of the beauty of plants and are not considered defects.

Shipping can sometimes stress a plant. It’s normal for it to look a little tired upon arrival—most perk up within a few days with proper care. If your plant arrives severely damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
