Shipping policy

Shipping time is 1-2 days. We do not ship live plants on Friday/over weekends. 

Cold weather packaging is available for $5 and highly recommended during colder months.  This can be purchased during checkout. Please spend the extra $5. Plants will not live when they are shipped in cold weather months.  
Expedited shipping is available, please get in touch for pricing. 

***Plants:
Each plant is one-of-a-kind. The plant you receive will be the same variety and size as pictured, but not always the exact one in the photo. Natural variations in color, size, or shape are part of the beauty of plants and are not considered defects.

Shipping can sometimes stress a plant. It’s normal for it to look a little tired upon arrival—most perk up within a few days with proper care. If your plant arrives severely damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
