Aloe congolensis, also known as Congo Aloe or Creeping Aloe, is a unique, low-growing Aloe with thick, spiky, green leaves that grow in a stacked, spiraling pattern.
Care Tips:
• Light: Prefers bright, direct to indirect sunlight. Can tolerate some partial shade but thrives in full sun.
• Water: Let the soil dry out completely between waterings. Water sparingly, especially in cooler months. Overwatering can lead to root rot.
• Soil: Use a well-draining cactus or succulent mix. A sandy, gritty soil works best.

Just picked up a brain cactus from this delightful little shop, and I’m convinced I’ve increased the IQ of my plant collection by at least 40 points. This twisty little genius is the perfect blend of quirky and charming—like if Einstein were a succulent. The shop owner and staff clearly know their stuff and treated this cerebrally gifted cactus with the reverence it deserves. Highly recommend!
