The Beauty Star Calathea features long, lance-shaped leaves with light green feathering over deep green backgrounds and rich purple undersides. It prefers bright, indirect light and consistently moist (but not soggy) soil. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. This plant is pet safe.
With its elegant foliage and air-purifying qualities, the Beauty Star brings a bold, tropical touch to any indoor space.

Just picked up a brain cactus from this delightful little shop, and I’m convinced I’ve increased the IQ of my plant collection by at least 40 points. This twisty little genius is the perfect blend of quirky and charming—like if Einstein were a succulent. The shop owner and staff clearly know their stuff and treated this cerebrally gifted cactus with the reverence it deserves. Highly recommend!
