The Rhipsalis paradoxa is a unique, trailing epiphytic cactus with long, flat, segmented stems that twist and overlap like chains. Its unusual texture makes it a standout in hanging planters or on shelves.
Light: Bright, indirect light. It can tolerate lower light but grows fuller and faster with more brightness.
Water: Water when the soil is mostly dry. It prefers slightly more moisture than desert cacti but still needs good drainage.
Pet safety: Pet safe. Rhipsalis are non-toxic to cats and dogs.
A fun, draping plant with a wild, textured look—perfect for adding something a little different to your collection.
