Dinosaur Back Cactus
The Dinosaur Back Cactus is a unique succulent known for its thick, ridged stems that resemble the textured back of a dinosaur. Its unusual appearance and easy-care nature make it a favorite among collectors looking for something a little different.
Light: Bright light to full sun. A sunny windowsill or grow light will help maintain compact growth.
Water: Allow the soil to dry completely between waterings. Water sparingly, especially during winter.
Humidity: Prefers low humidity and good air circulation.
Temperature: 60–90°F. Protect from frost and prolonged cold temperatures.
Soil: Use a fast-draining cactus or succulent mix with added pumice or perlite.
Growth Habit: Upright, branching succulent that develops a sculptural, architectural appearance as it matures.
