The Variegated Hoya Heart, also known as Hoya kerrii, features thick, heart-shaped leaves with creamy yellow or white variegation along the edges. Often sold as a single-leaf cutting, it’s a slow grower but undeniably charming.
Light: Bright, indirect light keeps its variegation vibrant.
Water: Allow soil to dry out completely between waterings. It’s drought-tolerant and prefers to be underwatered than overwatered.
Pet Safety: Generally considered pet safe.

Just picked up a brain cactus from this delightful little shop, and I’m convinced I’ve increased the IQ of my plant collection by at least 40 points. This twisty little genius is the perfect blend of quirky and charming—like if Einstein were a succulent. The shop owner and staff clearly know their stuff and treated this cerebrally gifted cactus with the reverence it deserves. Highly recommend!
