Philodendron Birkin
The Philodendron Birkin is a striking, compact houseplant known for its deep green leaves accented with crisp white pinstripes. Each leaf emerges a little different, making every plant unique. It has an upright, non-climbing growth habit and stays relatively small, making it perfect for shelves, desks, or gifting.
Light: Bright, indirect light is ideal to keep the white striping bold. It can tolerate lower light, but growth may slow and variegation can fade. Avoid direct sun, which can scorch the leaves.
Water: Allow the top 1–2 inches of soil to dry out between waterings. Birkins prefer to dry slightly rather than stay constantly wet, and overwatering can lead to root rot.
Pet Safety: Not pet safe. This plant is toxic if ingested.
