Mammillaria bombycina is a charming clumping cactus with fuzzy white tubercles, fine spines, and a halo of bright pink blooms that circle the top in spring. Its soft appearance and compact form make it a favorite among collectors.
Light: Prefers bright, indirect to direct sunlight. A sunny east- or south-facing window is ideal.
Water: Water when the soil is completely dry. Cut back in winter during dormancy.
Pet safety: Not pet safe. The fine spines can irritate skin or harm pets if touched or ingested.
Adorable and easy to grow, this cactus is perfect for adding soft texture and a pop of color to your sunny spaces.
