We take great care in packaging each order, but please note that once a package is in transit, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Delays, theft, or lost packages may occur through the mail carrier, and we cannot be held responsible in these cases.
Plants may experience some stress during shipping, such as yellowing, wilting, or minor leaf damage. This is normal and with proper care, your plant should recover.
We do our best to provide accurate photos and descriptions, but variations in lighting, angle, and natural growth are to be expected. Unless otherwise noted for collectible plants, photos represent the type of plant you will receive, but not the exact specimen.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of live plants, we are unable to accept returns.

Easy ordering and it arrives quickly. My mahogany Fern is beautiful! So much prettier and fuller than in the picture.
Fabulous! Our client loved the plant and the pot y'all suggested.
We'll be back for sure.
Beautiful and healthy plant, wonderful environment and so many different plants to choose from! I was so excited to bring my mother to one of my favorite places to shop for plants š¤
This is a favorite place to shop in Grand haven! Wonderful selection and lovely owner and employees!
We loved coming in! Look forward to coming again - wonderful selection and great prices!
I love my new plant! The leaves are so beautiful and she looks very healthy. I canāt wait to watch her grow!
The plant arrived in excellent condition. The plant was gorgeous, the color was beautiful.
I highly recommend this supplier and this plant
Plant was well cared by B&B as is everything they have. Itās impossible to leave the store with just what you came in for, and I ended up purchasing two more plants while wandering around. They have the most unique and rare collection of plans for sale in Michigan and shouldnāt be missed if youāre anywhere nearby.
Great Calathea. Interesting foliage and good preformer. Perfect fot my indoor space!
This is one of my favorite local shops. As a Plant of the Month Club member (and someone who may or may not already have a very healthy houseplant collection), I always enjoy stopping in.
The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and inspiring, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable without ever being intimidating. Whether you're a seasoned plant parent or just getting started, they're happy to answer questions and help you find the perfect plant.
Most recently, I picked up a bonsai tree because my husband has always wanted one. The team gave me clear, helpful guidance to get started and made the process feel approachable instead of overwhelming.
It's a wonderful place to find a thoughtful gift for someone you care aboutāor to treat yourself to another plant. And if you happen to tell yourself it's for your husband, well, that means it doesn't count toward your plant collection... right? ššæ
What a great little fern find! Am so happy to have 1 and find it adjusting just great in my All Season Room. So unique and dense in foliage. Not your typical "fern"
I absolutely love getting a new plant each month! Always a lovely choice, and I usually get something Iād likely not choose on my own. Mt growing collection makes me so happy.
Love this place! Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable and they always have so many fun new items every time I am in! They have a big selection of healthy plants both common and rare and everything you could need to care for them.
Love it!
Great store! Beautiful plants, very knowledgeable, good prices, fun classes, and lots of unique gifts.
