String of Pearls (Senecio rowleyanus)
The String of Pearls is a striking, trailing succulent with bead-like leaves that cascade beautifully from planters or hanging baskets. It’s a conversation starter and a perfect addition to any succulent collection.
• Light: Loves bright, indirect sunlight. Too much direct sun can cause the pearls to shrivel, while low light may result in slower growth.
• Water: Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings. Overwatering can lead to root rot, so be cautious not to let it sit in water.
• Humidity: Prefers dry environments and does well in average indoor humidity.
• Pet Safety: Toxic if ingested, so keep it out of reach of pets and children.
• Additional Care: Use well-draining cactus or succulent soil, and plant in a container with drainage holes.

Beautiful and healthy looking!! So happy! A couple of the tips broke off during shipping but it was wrapped wonderful and not at all the fault of Blossom + Branch. Just occupational hazard. I’m going to let the broken tips callous over and replant them and I think they will do just fine. I’m in love. You made my cactus dreams come true.

Class was about an hour and half long, left with printed notes and multiple plant cuttings to bring home, and a propagation station for the cuttings.
