Senecio jacobsenii, also known as Trailing Jade or Weeping Jade, is a vigorous trailing succulent with thick, fleshy leaves that shift from green to purple in bright light or cooler temps. Its cascading stems make it perfect for hanging baskets or tall planters.
Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light to full sun. More sun brings out its purple tones.
Water: Allow soil to dry out completely between waterings. Very drought-tolerant.
Pet Safe: No, this plant is toxic to pets if ingested.

Just picked up a brain cactus from this delightful little shop, and I’m convinced I’ve increased the IQ of my plant collection by at least 40 points. This twisty little genius is the perfect blend of quirky and charming—like if Einstein were a succulent. The shop owner and staff clearly know their stuff and treated this cerebrally gifted cactus with the reverence it deserves. Highly recommend!
