The Variegated Mickey Mouse Alocasia is a true collector’s gem, featuring playful, ear-shaped leaves splashed with creamy white, mint, and pale green variegation. Each leaf is uniquely patterned, making every plant a one-of-a-kind showstopper.
Light: Bright, indirect light helps maintain strong variegation. Avoid direct sun to prevent leaf burn.
Water: Keep soil evenly moist but not soggy. Let the top inch dry slightly between waterings.

*Despite the name, the Mickey Mouse Alocasia is not a true Alocasia.
It’s actually a cultivar of Xanthosoma, often labeled as Xanthosoma “Mickey Mouse” or Xanthosoma sagittifolium ‘Variegatum Monstrosum’. The name “Alocasia” is a common mislabel due to the similar appearance and care needs, but botanically it’s in a different genus.
So, while it behaves somewhat like an Alocasia in terms of light and water preferences, it’s more accurately a variegated Xanthosoma
